It is okay to let go of trying to be a people pleaser or to step back from some things in your life that you feel is “now or never” when you feel that you need time to focus on you and your health. More importantly, we are the only ones in control of our body and mind and to know when to reach out for help or just to talk to somebody. We sometimes lose ourselves over trying to accomplish other things that we think we need.
An education and degree will be there when you are ready. A job will be there when you are ready.
That relationship and friendship will be there when you are ready.. and if those things aren’t there? Thats okay!!! you were never meant to worry about them in the first place. 💛

It’s important that when we see others struggling or seeming a bit lost, that we reach out and let them know we are listening and to inform them of organizations like the Crisis Text Line, to seek help from those trained to handle those types of situations when the occur.
